RSVP @ www.villonclothing.com Most companies like to celebrate the stereotypical 5, 10, 15, or 20 year anniversaries, but we thought 13 years was a good time to highlight how long we have been in business and a good excuse to celebrate with the community. This anniversary, however, will bring more than just a reason to celebrate. During the event we will be debuting new products beyond clothing, a video premiere, exciting new community collaborations, new ambassadors, and a look at how we plan to continue and grow our presence. The event is open to the public and will take place Tuesday, November 13th, 2018 at Intracoastal Brewery. Anyone can RSVP at www.villonclothing.com. Everyone who RSVPs will receive one free raffle ticket for a chance to win some of the many new items we will be raffling off at the event. Additional raffle tickets will also be available for purchase at the event. As we work on making this event happen, we thought we would look back on how we got here and give you a glimpse of things to come, read on... Why Villon? How did it start? Where is it going? Villon is actually part of the founder’s last name, Mark Quavillon. It originally started when Mark was creating bamboo wine holders while studying at UCF and it randomly transitioned to clothing. To be honest, we didn’t know what we were doing when it came to clothes, but we figured it out through trial and error throughout the years. It started out as something on the side that was fun to do and transitioned to what it is today. We are still learning and growing and we are taking a steps to not necessarily expand the brand, but improve it by offering new products and listening to what the community wants to see. Why Satellite Beach? We were looking to grow in the heart of the surf industry. Some of the world’s best surfers and shapers are from here. We also grew up in the town and have always enjoyed the beach culture. After traveling to 48 states and seeing some amazing places, we realized how unique Satellite Beach and Brevard County are. Not only do we have the beaches and the river, but the local community culture, even as it continues to grow, is unmatched and something we always want to be a part of.
